One of the reason why keurig is better than its competitors say Nespresso or Simple Human is the fact that it has a wide variety of beverages and also a number of established brands that is linked to it.
For coffee, one of its partners is Starbucks while for tea, you can be drinking Twinning brands of tea from the Keurig coffee maker.
While it is true that this keurig is not everyone, my take is the general coffee drinking public would like this coffee brewer. Nobody would reject a coffee maker that is easy to use and no hassle in maintaining it.
